Fullerton College Theatre Operations is a great place to work for those who are seeking to learn or improve their production technical skills. Over the past thirty years, our former staff have moved on to successful positions at Disneyland, Knotts, the Music Center, Orange County Performing Arts Center, touring companies and more. Even the local IATSE 504 is filled with our former staff.

We are always seeking part time, on call, hourly staff members to help with fast paced weekly concerts, festivals, productions, and other community events throughout both the academic year and summer. We are looking for all skill levels, in all technical production trades. We offer a pay scale from $17.50 up to $25 per hour, and up to 26 hours per week. Skilled duties include the operation of audio, lighting and rigging control systems. General duties include moving instruments, setting up bands, change over between bands, moving chairs and music stands, and performance risers.
